Repeated incidents of disorderly conduct at night are undermining public safety in downtown Várpalota.

Both residents and hospitality workers report that fights and disturbances regularly break out on Friday and Saturday nights on Thuri György tér and Bajcsy-Zsilinszky utca. Increased police patrols and an upgraded camera system are needed to restore public order.
